KUVO World of Tanks Tournament Rulebook

Match settings

Qualifiers:

  • Qualifier format – single elimination, Bo5 matches;
  • Qualifiers are automated on World of Tanks platform;
  • 8 best teams from qualifiers advance to finals round where they are randomly re-seeded;
  • Tier 10, 70 points (7-70) (All T10 vehicles allowed);
  • Team Size – 7+1;
  • Qualifier signup start – 4th of September;
  • End of qualifier signups – 18th of September;
  • Qualifier going live – 18th of September, 18:00 CEST;
  • Maps and map settings – attack/defense (Himmelsdorf, Prokhorovka, Murovanka, Mines, Cliff, Steppes, Ghost Town);
  • Round time (7 minutes);
  • Participating countries allowed: Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Northern Macedonia, Croatia, Slovenia, Montenegro, Albania, Kosovo, Grece, Bulgaria, Romania, Hungary.

Finals settings:

  • Finals format – single elimination, Bo7 matchups, Bo9 final matchup;
  • Eight teams from qualifiers will be randomly re-seeded into new Ro8 bracket;
  • Tournament is played via training room, all teams and their captains must be present on KUVO Discord server;
  • Tier 10, 70 points (7-70);
  • Only tech-tree vehicles allowed;
  • Team Size – 7+1 (teams are allowed one player change compared to qualifiers lineup)
  • Tournament start – 19th of September, 17:00 CEST;
  • Maps and map settings – attack/defense (Himmelsdorf, Prokhorovka, Murovanka, Mines, Cliff, Steppes, Ghost Town);
  • Round time (7 minutes).

Private streams of qualifiers are allowed on the private channels of the competitors. The official qualification stream will not be organized.

Streaming this tournament on 19th of September is not permitted.

Prizes

The prize pool of the tournament is EUR 250 in redistribution:

  • 1st place – 175 EUR
  • 2nd place – 75 EUR

Wargaming is rewarding finalist teams with:

  • 1st place: 7×30 premium days + 7x emblems of the country
  • 2nd place: 7×7 premium days + 7x emblems of the country

In order for the awarded teams to receive the payment from the tournament organizers,
they must comply with the protocol and administrative obligations of the tax system of BiH and the tournament organizers. The representative of the awarded team must be 18 years old or older.

The tournament organizer obliges to settle the prize pool within 90 days from the final day of the tournament. The full amount of the prize pool is paid exclusively to the account of the organization represented by the team, or the captain in case the team is not part of an esports organization.

General rulebook

By registering for the KUVO WOT tournament, the teams and organizations, as well as their members, agree to abide by the competition rules.

The rules are full and applicable in the 7-on-7 WoT tournament which organizes and covers all forms of communication between the players, teams and organization teams outside of the platform on which the tournament is held (In this case World o Tanks web and KUVO Discord).
All rules of the platform on which the tournament is organized are implied and any violation of the same will be strictly punishable by the organizers.

All communication between the teams and the organizers takes place exclusively between the team captain and the tournament administrator, except in rare cases where the team captain is unavailable (technical problems etc). The administrator’s decision will be final and must be complied with without delay.

To participate in the KUVO World of Tanks tournament, each team member needs a Wargaming account.

The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the Rulebook and make the final decisions in case of unclear situations that are not covered by this Rulebook.

Rulebook – Communication and protocol during the match

All problems during the match must be reported to the administration team as soon as they occur. Reporting problems after the match will not be accepted.

The following offenses will result in the banning of the player and consequently the team from further participation in the tournament:

  • Verbal abuse of other players
  • Any insult, use of vulgar words, provocation of opponents, name-calling on national, religious or sexual grounds is prohibited as well as the use of rude and offensive abbreviations from popular gaming culture. These rules cover all aspects of participation in the tournament, both during and outside matches.
  • It is prohibited to use account names within the game that conflict with the rules mention above
  • In case of a team not showing up on time, delays and non-appearances of the team will be sanctioned by the administration team
  • Opposition or non-compliance with the decisions of the administration team will result in the disqualification of the team from further competition
  • All remarks, complaints and comments will be noted to the administration team during the match, or immediately after its end, while the necessary evidence or attached material may be submitted at a later date.
